Screening Policy **IMPORTANT SCREENING POLICY**
All officials 18 years and older are required by MAHA are to complete a screening form online so that they may perform a background check. This is mandatory and you will not be allowed to officiate in Michigan unless this form is completed. Once this form is completed your will be able to print out a receipt. This receipt is to be turned in at the seminar or very shortly thereafter or your seminar attendance will not be submitted to USA Hockey. You can fill out the form by clicking on the link below.
You MUST notify Paul Rigby within 24 hours of calling a match penalty and fill out the online form. There is a link to it below. You can use the forms to write down your ideas and events that happened, but these forms are no longer submissable in Michigan. Please remember to keep a copy of the original scoresheet after the game, it is going to be sent to the Michigan RIC.
